Quality laboratory services are provided by the Department of Laboratory Services at the Nishan Sun Quality Health Clinic. Our Laboratory consists of Core Lab (Hematology, Biochemistry, Transfusion Medicine), Microbiology, Histopathology/Cytology and Laboratory Specimen Procurement and Dispatch (Central Receiving/Phlebotomy). Registered Laboratory Technologists perform the monitoring of drug levels, cholesterol testing, urinalysis, nutritional status, cancer identification, infectious organism identification and organ malfunction among other diagnostic tests.

The treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by physical methods such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise are also provided by the Physiotherapy Department. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. Joint mobilisation, Joint Manipulation, Neurodynamics, Muscle streching, Physiotherapy Instrument Mobilisation (PIM), Minimal Energy Techniques (METs) and other techniques are used for the treatment of the patients.

Diagnosing and treating disease and injury through the use of medical imaging techniques such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET), fusion imaging, and ultrasound are also offered in Nishan Sun Quality Health Clinic. Because some of these imaging techniques involve the use of radiation, adequate training in and understanding of radiation safety and protection is important.Radiologist further recommend appropriate examinations or treatments when necessary and conferring with referring physicians.
